Verkoper is always happy to provide the best of services to its customers.
The customer is eligible for return/exchange if the customer receives any product which fulfills the below-mentioned criterion :
If the received product is used/altered/poor in quality/Defective product.
If there is Physical / in-transit damage to the received product.
If branded product received seal opened.
If there is an Empty packet/some items or accessories are missing.
If there is a significant difference found in the Verkoper website in comparison to a product.
Customer is not eligible for return/exchange :
If the product is “No longer needed”.
If a customer tried to handle the industrial product and unable to use it in a proper way, which promotes any tear/damage.
Also, Made to Product(on demand) will not be returned.
Guidelines for Return/Exchange:
For Products purchased on Verkoper, if a customer has any concern with the Product, the customer shall inform Verkoper Customer care within 48 Hours of product delivery.
Customer must share photos in the email of the Customer care team while opening the package in case of an Empty Package/Quantity issue. Our support email is Contact@verkoper.in.
Shared photographs of a product must be four-angle photographs.
If they Industrial goods then return will be accepted only in case of wrong, defective, damaged product.
In the case of Faulty electronics products, customers need to contact our customer support via mail Contact@verkoper.in or mobile 8146501814.
All products must be in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies, and accessories including keys, straps, and locks intact.
Verkoper shall initiate the refund process to the customer within 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of request made to the Customer Care team.
