Verkoper is always happy to provide best of services to its customers.
Customer is eligible for return / exchange, if customer receives any product which fulfils the below mentioned criterion :
If received Product is used/altered/poor in quality/Defective product.
If there is Physical / in-transit damage to the received product.
If product received seal opened.
If there is Empty packet/some items or accessories are missing.
If there is Significant difference found in Verkoper website as comparison to product. Note Images are used just for reference purpose it doesnot mean you will get the same exact Product.
Customer is not eligible for return/exchange :
If product is “No longer needed”.
If customer tried to handle the industrial product and unable to use it in proper way, which promotes any tear/damage.
Also, Made to Product(on demand) will not be returned.
Guidelines for Return/Exchange:
For Products purchased on Verkoper, if customer has any concern with the Product, the customer shall inform to Verkoper Customer care within 48 Hours of product delivery.
Customer must share photos in email of Customer care team while opening the package in case of Empty Package/Quantity/Damage issue.Our support email is customercareverkoper@gmail.com
Shared photographs of product must be four angle photograph.
Full Box/Package Image with label clearly visible.
Product full image and close broken/mismatch parts min 2 images.
If they Industrial goods then return will be accepted only in case of wrong, defective, damaged product.
In Case of Faulty electronics product, customer need to contact to out customer support via mail customercareverkoper@gmail.com or mobile/WhatsApp 8146501814.
All products must be in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks intact.
Return Pickup From Customer:
We have reverve pickup third party courier parterners but in some cases reverse pickup is not available by our courier parterners. Customer will bear that reverse process and ship that parcel to our warehouse address.
Max reverse payable fee to that is Rs 150 upto 2 kg item and Rs 200 more that 2kg items.
Verkoper will refund this paid courier/shipment charge to customer during refund process.
Refund
Verkoper shall intialte the refund process to customer within 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of request made to the Customer Care team and item received back to ware house. for more details, please read our refund policy.
